Purchased a Speedway mechanical fuel pump and it gave out after approximately 10 hours of operation.
Need to purchase a new mechanical fuel pump.
Suggestions please?

Carter/Airtex will probably do what you need. If you got big power, get a RobbMC or electric.

I eventually went with a Delphi. If I ever get the damn thing plumbed, I'll let you lnow how it works out.

I suppose. What is it? BB heads on a SB don't clear? I think, at that point, you're out of RobbMC and into electric territory, despite the Roadkill Garage push for a mechanical pump resurgence. The complaint is about a Speedway pump, so I'm guessing it's not too serious.
