What Fuel Line? Before or after the pump?
If after the pump - it could be a bad pump.
If before the pump - it could be a pin hole in the fuel line.
I am sure you made sure there is gas in the tank and you have the fuel lines hooked up correctly.

What is the vehicle doing to clue you in that it's air in the fuel line? Please list your symptoms and Jdorour's suggestions.
