Why do some timing chains end at 19

I was going to put a new chain on my "84 H/O. Then I saw Comp Cams list their chains to work up to 1983. Any recommendations for a good chain for 1984 + . Thanks Jackson

All 1964-1990 Olds V8s take the same timing chain. Aftermarket double rollers may interfere with the fuel pump, but this is unrelated to the year.
