350 trans

I think I have a 350 trans the oil pan looks like the 350 but I can't find the kick down cable

funny enuff....I work at a car dealer and was just talking to one of the techs about my car and was talking about kick down cables. I didnt see one on my car aswell when i changed out carbs. I am wondering if i should have one on my car as well 1972 cutlas with stock engine/trans?

It's a 72 cutlass 2brl carb

The kick down cable goes from the transmission to the gas pedal arm inside the car.

All th350 have kick down cables. Th400 doesn't have one.
