I recently had my engine out of the car and while it was out I swapped the torque converter. I put about a quart and a half of fluid in the converter before I put it in. What's the proper way to check the fluid and top off the fluid to ensure proper fluid level.

Start the car, add 1/2 qt. and check - repeat as necessary!!
