324 Valve Springs

The #10 heads I acquired had these springs. They appear to be an upgrade from the stock single coil type springs I have seen (like at Fusick). What would be the max lift on a camshaft (total lift w/1.8 rocker ratio) would you go with on stock springs? The stock lift was .407 from what I found.

The camshaft I am targeting is Camcraftcams.com HCR profile "212", it's 212 duration@.050, .275 cam lift or .495 total lift. I can always just go with stock grind too, no big deal not building a racecar, its going into my '55 Super 88.

Re: the 212 profile, .495 lift
Hunter, "Stock springs will be fine as long as they do not bind up from the additional lift. The open pressure will increase on the stock springs due to the added lift over stock. You really do not need a ton of pressure. Timing card will say 110 seat 250 open but that will be on the higher end of the spectrum."
