An Oldsmobile V-8 from 1949 thru 1953 should bolt right in . If you use the V-8 transmission .

The transmissions were different between 6 cylinder and V-8 .
The parts circled in the illustration differ from V-8 and six .
That is why I suggested getting a complete V-8 engine and transmission .
