Unhappy A little shocking experiance.

I took the Old Lady (Mistress) to a car show this Saturday(about150 miles round trip) and I had this annoying sorta miss surge going on. While checking the oil (engine running) I laid the dipstick against a plug wire and found where my surge was coming from. I need a new wire set! It caught me about three times before I got the dipstick in its tube, last time will be the last time that will happen...Tedd

Glad you found the problem Tedd. Make sure you give us an update once you install the new plug wires.👍

Jesse,Isn't it amazing what we can accomplish with our handicaps, my dad also has essential trimmers and finds drinking coffee out of a mug almost impossible among other things. I on the other hand I can't stand for ant extended time and never on my tip toes. Things still get done. Good Utube... Tedd

Many years ago when I was 18, My '68 Delta Custom was giving me trouble, and my dad let me take his '67 98 ( he had just bought a '71 98), well I had a problem with the battery, so i grabbed one of the cables to give it it a twist to see that would snug it up a bit. In twisting it, my class ring made contact with the fender under the hood, and ZAP!!, went through the top of my ring and out the bottom, leaving me a bit "shocked" and marks on the ring were it arced. Lesson learned.
