Proper way to balance SSII wheels.

Is there a special procedure for mounting tires on SSII wheels and in particular for balancing the wheels?

I have heard that to do it properly a spin balancer needs to keep a few tricks in mind?

I am pretty sure only the SSII and SSIII's with snap on caps are lug-centric, meaning the hub cannot be used for accurate balancing. The wheel should be secured with the lugs.

Those wheels with bolt on caps have a good fitting hub hole that seems to be okay to use when balancing them hub-centric.
