66 toronado brake conversion?

66 toronado brake conversion?

Trying to convert drums to disc brakes on my 66 is there a kit for this and if so which brand and what kit to get any info will be useful thanks.

First you will have to find a parts car (1967-70 Toronado, or Edlo) with disc brakes for the spindles alone (very inporant first step) .

What do I do after that? And will I also need to change the booster and proportioning valve

Remove the old parts, install the new ones. The master cylinder must be changed to a disc/drum master cylinder. Drum/drum cars do not have a proportioning valve, so yes, one must be added. If your stock brakes are single circuit, you will probably need a 1967-up booster or you will need to shorten the pushrod between the booster and the master cylinder.
