Like oldscutlass mentionned, " the inside rod/clevis should be adjusted so the pedal is against the upper stop" , I only see the stop light switch, still looking for the upper stop..

To de-mystify my previous post - in which case Eric is correct regarding the mount point of the brake assembly, I was thinking of the clevis pin location on the brake assembly itself (not the bushing mount plate). Hopefully this will clarify.
