rockauto.com shows availability of that part number. Just go to that site and search on it. $101.89 plus a $25 core charge plus shipping.

Sorry to hear this!

I don't know if the '63 part on ebay you're looking at will work on your '64. In searching rockauto's site, even though they don't actually stock the booster for your '64, they show a different part number for the vacuum booster for a '63 versus a '64.

Do you have a booster now, even if it isn't working? Fusick offers a rebuild service for your year Oldsmobile. Look in their big car catalog on page 35. It costs about $200, and they'll have it for about a month (not counting time for shipping back and forth), but it may be a way to solve your problem.

i have had more luck with fellas on this place , got a 2nd hand one coming over , if that fails ...well ..maybe pull both apart see if i can make one good one , the 63 brake booster kit i bought is wrong for my 64 , its for a 63 olds which is ok as my brother can have it as spares for his1963/ 98 coupe ....so if someone has a rebuild kit for a 64 olds 98 booster i would love to hear from ya
