Here is one that does not bother me when I hear it , I just laugh,

NICE RACK !! I hear it a lot even when I'm not in the company of car guys so I'm pretty sure they are not referring to a rack and pinion
and I hear it when I'm not in the company of hunters so I don't think they are referring to the buck they got last year or something they saw in Boone and Crockett. I snicker a little every time I hear it.
