350 Olds Motor and 10 Bolt Rear End
I'm concerned about my rearend on my 85 Cutlass. I have a 350 motor and it's getting bored .30 over with the original heads shaved 10,000, 750 Holley Duel Feed Double Pump Carb and 292 Cam. My rearend is a 10 bolt 7.5 series. Does anyone else have similar components or comments that may ease my mind. I would like to put a mini spool in, so I can have positive traction. Any info is highly appreciated.

What are you plans for the car? A spool is a really bad idea on the street unless you never plan to turn a corner. If you do, get a good limited slip unit.

You might call carson auto wrecking (310) 835-7291 and ask about interchange ...

From post #2:
........ The A-body axle swaps are not well engineered in my opinion and require rear wheels with custom offset. By the time you're done buying the control arms, the A-body axle, and the custom wheels, you might as well have just bought the right axle to start with .........
