Peculiar Anti-Spin operation
I was experimenting with some WOT launches and on two separate occasions I had a peculiar action with the rearend.
Normal operation occurred when I shifted manually to 1st gear and did a WOT launch, both rear tires would spin all the way through 1st gear up to 5000 RPM or so, then after shifting to 2nd both rear tires stopped spinning.
With the trans in Drive, the oddity occurred. Both rear tires would light up from a stop, spin all the way through first gear, the trans shifted to second @ 4800 RPM, and the left tire stopped spinning but the right kept on for quite a while.
Any ideas on why one side would stop spinning like that? I'd expect an issue with weak clutches to show up at the beginning of the launch, but maybe I'm wrong?
