So on my 1950 Deluxe 88, most of the engine bay is fine in terms of electrical, except this little strip that goes to the horns, headlights, and turn signals. I'm not sure what it is, and if someone could send a link for it I'd appreciate it!

You're not going to find many parts for your Oldsmobile at the auto parts store. Give us a picture of the rusted connector instead of the wiring schematic and we might have a few pointers.

That's called a barrier strip - Fusick has them perhaps listed as a terminal strip for your car
