1976 Cutlass Brass Heater Core

My Olds is an AC car (removed compressor), but I can only find an aluminum Heater Core (HC). Anyone know if brass still exist ?
The other option is use a brass non/AC core that is available. Has anyone tried to squeeze a no/AC HC into the blower housing and are there any other differences ?
heater core dimensions
w/ ac 7 x 7.25 x 2
w/o ac 8 x 7 x 2"

Do you have a radiator shop by you? Have it rebuilt. The shop told me the Alum is not near as good as the brass.

Thanks Harv. I do have a shop that will do that - Marietta Radiator, but a new one would be nice and likely out live me. My 71 Lemans single core radiator finally went after 50 years only because I poked a hole in it getting the hood latch out for repair. Guess I'll pull it and check if there is room for the no/AC HC.
