careful with part store end link kits
i got a set of end links from the parts store (car quest). i took the originals off over a year ago and now put these on. i opened the oldsmobile service manual and it said to torque the end links to 15 foot lbs. i did that then looked at them and noticed the rubber split on me and was squeezing out of the backing plates. (partly my fault for not looking when i was tightening them) i took them apart and got the originals out and found the problem. the originals threads stop much shorter and have a shoulder that the nut stops at and that is where the 15 foot lbs will happen. with the part stores it will keep going. if i stop at the same point as the originals the nut is very loose. i guess i will just have to use red lock tight on them. just wanted to caution people of this problem because when i took them back i got some from another part store and they were the same way.

I did mine with Energy Suspension's kit...
The bolts on mine had a collar much higher up, it pushed the sway bar lower than the factory setup. I kept the factory bolts. I took ES's bolt and threaded it down to factory length. After talking to an old school circle track car builder, I put an additional inch of thread into the collar and tightened the bar down even more than factory...
Only down side is that with the current (Caprice 9C1) bar, it is a little thicker than the stocker so with 235/65R15's, it rubs ever so slightly. I can live with it.
