Data Plate Decode

Can anyone decode this plate I got off a '67 Toro today? I can figure out the color and it's a Deluxe (albeit a pretty low optioned one) but that's it

Thanks guys, I didn't get the car, the pics made it look better than in person, it needed some help. Gold with a red interior seems rather odd, but it was a rather oddly optioned car in my opinion.
