Keep in mind that 1975 was the first year of the catalytic converter. I have seen some muffler shops that would put duals on without it if you drove it in without a converter. By now, the old cat would be dead. You may want to check what is required in your area.

If converting to duals, make sure you have a double-hump transmission crossmember. If not, you'll need to find one from a '73 or '74 A-body or you can modify your original. There are probably aftermarket ones you can buy, too.

Just waiting for "delivery" on my "new to me" 73 Cutlass Supreme...here is a pic of the dual set up on it...The Flow Masters "have a solid rumble" outside the car but not noticible inside..."according to the former owner"..Thought these pics might be of interest..

Yes, 73 or 74 cross member should work. I converted my 77 to dual exhaust. The holes are already there for the cross member as well as the holes for the left side muffler and tail pipe hanger. Any exhaust that fits on a 74 should fit your 75. I bought dual front pipes, mufflers and tailpipes for a 74 cutlass 350 and they fit fine. You will need the cross over pipe block off cap for the passenger side exhaust as they do not make a factory manifold for strictly dual exhaust for the small block olds. I can probably find the factory part number if you need to reference it. But I believe most olds parts places have aftermarket one.
