looking at a 68, need help w/data tag

Looking at a 68 442 post. Can someone help me with the data tag? It reads as follows:

MADE IN CANADA
C08 M40 U29 TOP-27
ST 68 34477 OS312249 BODY
TR 944 1-1-9 AGG

Car is currently willow gold w/black vinyl roof, gold buckets, column shift.

C08 = option code = vinyl rooftop

M40 = option code = THM 400 transmission

U29 = option code = instrument panel courtesy and map lights

TOP-27 = ?

ST 68 = style/model year = 1968

34477 = Oldsmobile (3) 442 (44) sports coupe (77)

OS = assembly plant = Oshawa Canada

312249 BODY = assembly plant body number (no relation to the VIN)

TR 944 = interior color/front seat type = willow gold with bucket seats

1-1-9 AGG = ?

I'm sure there are others that can break the TOP-27 and 1-1-9 AGG codes!

I can handle the top line.

MADE IN CANADA = made in Canada

Don't mention it.

Now THAT'S interesting. Canadian built 442s got the 344xx tag from Fisher in 68 but most US-built 442s still got the 336xx tag.

I've been doing some research and this is what I've come up with:
CO8(VINYL TOP) M40(TH 400) U29(COURTESY LIGHT) TOP-27 (BLK. TOP)
944(GOLD BUCKETS) 1-1-9(1ST. SHIFT, 1ST MONTH, 9TH DAY) AGG(BLK. STRIPE, WILLOW GOLD)
I researched all 68 GM A body Canadian cowl tags (442s, Chevelles, etc.) and it seems that the top color is indicated by the TOP-27 and not the last digit in the paint code like the Lansing cars. I verified this by numerous Chevelles that had a two digit paint code such as GG but had black vinyl tops indicated by the TOP-27. It also seems that on the Canadian cars the first digit on a three digit paint code is the stripe color. I didn't believe this to be an original stripe car due to the stripe/emblem location. After more research it seems that some believe this stripe/emblem location to have varied on the Canadian cars. Does this sound right?

Dr Dan over on ROP has a Canadian 68 442 that he said has the stripe and the numbers are located in the same place as the US non stripe cars. I'm pretty sure it's a Canada only thing
