Rust Remover
Does anyone know or ever used a rust remover that actually works? One that you can brush on and rinse off,I have see many advertised, but would like one that actually works very well. I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks Larry

Depends on what level of rust you're taking about. If you have sanded off almost all of the rust and have traces left, I'm pretty sure Rust Free does a good job of converting remaining rust.

If you aren't sanding anything, I don't think there's anyting you can brush on and rinse off that's going to do a perfect job. That will require soaking or a continual "rinse". Check this out....

Maybe other's have some other experience with some products that you're looking for.

Tom is right on. If you have already sanded and done grinding on the rust then rust remover is a good idea to get all of the little bits of rust chemically neutralized. If you don't plan on sanding first then don't bother with the rust remover.
