1977 Delta 88 pace car

I recently purchased this 1977 Delta 88 pace car from another member here and have begun to fix and upgrade things the car needs to be reliably road worthy and show ready. It should be a nice cruiser with a little work. It needs cosmetics, probably a complete re-paint, but that will have to wait until I have some money or hit the lottery. Both options are very unlikely at this time so I’ll have to make small improvements as I use the car. Since delivery I’ve already done a few things so I’ll mention them and then post some pictures.
I’ve added a muffler since there wasn’t one on the car when I got it. It’s very quiet now, just like it should be. The dash was missing the front speakers and grills so I found a pair on eBay. Now the radio and 8-track player work the way they should. I fixed some loose trim. Replaced 3 of the center caps on the Rallye wheels. Put the exterior emblems back on. Attended to a few miscellaneous odds and ends.
Still to be done: complete tune-up, rear shocks, add rear sway bar, clean and repaint wheels in preparation for new RWL tires, a new antenna to replace the broken one, etc. lots to do

Did you ever decide on tires? A buddy at work brought his Monte SS out this past week. BFG's less than two years old , just saying.

I'm pretty sure I'm going with a set of Cooper Cobra GTs for tires for two reasons: 1, the issue with the BF browning letters, and 2, the price. The BF Goodrich radial T/As are about $190 per tire while the Coopers are about $150. I can get a set of 5 Coopers (4 plus the spare ) for the price of a set of 4 BF Goodrich tires.
