Doing a engine swap from a 231 V6 Buick Engine to a 350 V8 Pontiac engine
Found a 350 Pontiac engine with a Buick TH350. I need advice on everything that I will need for this engine swap from a V6 231! Is this a direct fit or will I have to majorly modify anything?? Thanks homies 🙏🏾💯
P.S: this is my first ever engine swap too as well

Nothing insurmountable.. the poncho will not bolt to the 231 frame pads. You'll need to source/fab mounts. Once that is done you'll have some wiring to take care of and normal swap stuff.
FYI a Buick 350 is a direct swap. They are pretty cheap and easy to find in the Buick world.

Yeah, the Buick 350 is a near direct swap. What year Pontiac 350? I believe the early motors won't work on the 301 mounts, which work best in a G body. I hate seeing sbc/ls in everything, a Pontiac V8 is at least something different.
