Heater core replacement help!

Heater core replacement help!
I have a 1963 Dynamic I'm trying to replace the heater core on. I removed the cover under the dash and the heater is held with brackets and I can't seem to see how they're attached. Do I need to remove the cover in the engine area to get it out?
