Heater inlet diaphragm

The fan motor on my '62 Super 88 will not come on. The electrical switch that turns the motor on is operated by a vacuum diaphragm (see pictures). I have checked the hose going to the diaphragm and it has between 20 - 32 pounds of vacuum depending on whether it is on low, medium, or high. I can see the diaphragm move slightly but not enough to over come the spring on the heat/vent diverter door. I can manually move the linkage from the diaphragm to the switch and depending on how much I move it, the blower motor be on either low, medium or high so I assume the diaphragm is bad. I have searched the internet for a new one but so far no luck. I think the original GM part no. is 3144212 Heater Inlet Diaphragm. Does anyone know where I can find a new diaphragm?
