Very Nice Original '69 AM Radio with Front/Rear Fader Switch

Very nice original '69 AM radio with front/rear fader switch.
I bought this several years ago for my daughter's '69, but we ended up installing a modern CD set up.
This radio has been on the shelf ever since anticipating eventually acquiring a car to use it in.
That hasn't happened so here it is.
As you can see in the photos, the chassis is as clean and rust-free as a new one.
Chrome parts are also very nice.
I tested it just before this listing and it works fine.
Volume control "statics" slightly, only when touched.
I think a little contact cleaner will probably cure this.
This would be an excellent piece for a nice restoration or just to have original equipment. $75.00 plus shipping.
I know AM radios can be had for a little less money,
but this is an extremely nice one and the fader switch is included.

First year for AM/FM STEREO unless I'm mistaken [which happens a good bit lately]

We do have our language down here...
Jamesbo, your '69 interior was burnt-slap-up.
--More exciting terminology the northern guys don't have...

'69 was the first year for the AM/FM STEREO radio in the Cutlass, but,
not the first year for AM/FM. AM/FM stereo was available in full size earlier.
I know for sure that AM/FM was available in '67, and I think as early as '64 in the Cutlass.
I believe the AM/FM "Wonderbar" was available even earlier in the full size, but, I don't know the first year.

By the way, I think this lowly AM is sold.
