If anyone can squeeze that out of it you can. First class as always.

The Marcella intake works incredibly well. Milan had that built around 2011-ish. Propelled his footbrake 12-1 compression big block to the low 9.40s.

Looking forward to the results of this build.

Nice! Three plugs on bottom, to bolt pan on? The punch out on the front passenger side for oil pump?

Yes, the three plugs are to access the pan rail fasteners. The kick out is to give the oil slinging off of the crank a place to go which reduces windage, increasing horsepower.

Exactly what I believe myself. Never have been a big fan of a lot of stroke. Looking good Chad!!!

Bad ***!! Good luck on Friday! Painting engine, if so what color? Ignition wires laid out the way it should.

Valve covers by? Almost looks like what Andy sells. Having trouble finding any, other than his. Bernard Mondello ones, he no longer sells.

The engine is painted, cast iron gray. Valve covers are Moroso fabricated. That is what Andy sells as well although I didn't get these through him.

Yes track only. The car is technically street legal but not very streetable with 16:1 and a 5500 stall converter.

I was just throwing an approximate number out there. The converter will be whatever the engine wants. I expect it to peak around 7200 and hopefully carry to 7800.

Chad

Is the air being pulled from the outside or in the shop the carb will see?

It looks like you could be over 900 HP during the whole run.

154 MPH @ 3200 = 900 HP
1320/154 = 8.57
Thats what it should run.
