Never seen this company before. From the looks of the windage tray I would pass. Having a flat surface behind the diamond stripper material will just trap the oil. It negates the whole idea of how diamond stripper supposed to work.

That's interesting I thought the same thing but have no proof that it is good or bad, just that I have never seen it used in that manner.
Canton sells them fully open or 1/2 to 3/4 open when using a screen they also make a full louvered.
They do not make one for an Oldsmobile as far as I know the photos are just examples of windage tray styles.
