Can someone explain to me how to properly route the three hoses coming from my glass fuel pump up to my carburetor.
I'm confused as to what goes where.
1. I know one is a fuel outlet that goes to the front of my carb.
2. One acts as a drain back to the fuel tank
3. Not sure what the other one is.
One line runs to the back of the carburetor with a brass fitting that also joins to a brake vacuum hose. Is this a correct setup? Any diagrams available?

It might help to know the year, model, and engine of your car, as there are vast differences in fuel pumps between early sixties and earlier, and the later cars, and differences depending on engine type and emission controls.

From the sound of it you have a 1950's car with a VACUUM operated fuel pump, or the combo fuel/ vacuum pump more likely, with a glass bowl FUEL FILTER aka sediment bowl.

Its a 1960 Dynamic 88 with a 371 2-Jet carb

Yes it has a fuel pump with a glass bowl at the bottom of it, 3 outlets at the top. I'll have to track down a service manual unless someone has a digital copy they're willing to share.
