'67 TH400 Output Yoke

I have searched the forums and have come up with nothing. I am in need of a good output yoke for my '67 TH400. Does anyone know of one out there?

I had sent my drive shaft out for blasting prior to removing the joints, just to pevent the sand from scaring. I taped off the polished end of the output yoke. The guy just blasted off the tape with a basic "oops, sorry about that."

Does anyone have an opinion if I can just have a local shop polish up this end or even have it plated to save it. If I use it as is, my seals will not last long at all.

You can pick up a brand new yoke for around $80-100 summit, jegs, etc...

I have called both Jegs and Summit. I havea long barrel yoke and they do not have those. Summit even recommended a junk yard.

Don't try to polish it as the OD will be too small to prevent any wobbling and to seal well. How long is the smooth end? I have one laying around for plugging a trans when removing it, and they were commonly used for years. Do a search and you will also find new ones via internet.

Why isn't this the sandblaster's problem to replace it?
