Question of wireing
I am new to the site also from canada, I purchased the 78 omega seen on the side with a truck of parts for $900, as many would know, the omega does not have much information, which is what I am looking for, if you have any knowledge of the omega I would love to hear it! I am also wondering about a wiring harness for my 1978 omega that is fuel injected in the engine bay, what to do to get one?

Congrats. The first thing you need to get is a factory Chassis Service Manual for your car. The Omega was never EFI from the factory, so any harness will be aftermarket or custom. Most parts for a same-year Nova will fit.

my car came with multiple manuals and I have read them over, I have heard about the wiring company's, but which One can supply me with the best setup without getting a fancy kit, something like an update kit?

I purchased it as a bare boned project with all the parts out of it, I have the original 350 rocket and the wiring harness, but it is carb, I am making higher power driver so I am going a chevy 350, and would like to make it fuel injected for the perks it has, is a harness available? It never came fuel injected

Only mildly, i understand that this seems like I am creating a mutt, but it is a lot cheaper for dress up kits, aftermarket parts and I have been told by friends that my tranny is set for a chevy, I also haven't picked up my olds 350 yet and do not know the condition of the pistons, I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter.

I do have a feeling that the CO site will have nothing nice to say about my choice, but nothing is set in stone, if I am unable to run a fuel injected then I think I will see about giving my olds a 350 rocket, with some new upgrades and paint. It does feel wrong putting in a chevy.
