1955 rear of camshaft question

Dear Oldsmobile community. I found myslef with a little problem when rebuilding my engine. I disassembled it quite some time ago and I don't remember how it's done in the back of the camshaft. I have all the bearing in, and in the freeze plug kit I don't have one large enough to block that hole. But I do have a "flat dome" one that fits but doesn't stay. Is it the one? What is back there, between the rear of the camshaft and the end of the engine? I can't remember. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Looks like a 2 & 1/64 cup plug goes there.

Nope, just the cup plug.
